Faculty Services Menu

Located along the menu bar at the top of the Main Menu page:

  • "Term Selection" - You must select a term before you view a class list, schedule, or CRN selection. The term selected will be used until you select a different term.
  • "CRN Selection" - Select the CRN (course request number) or course you wish to reference. You can only access courses in which you are an assigned instructor.
  • "Final Grades" - Enter and submit final grades for courses in which you are the primary instructor.
  • "Detail Class List" - View a detailed list of all students currently registered for a class specified first with Term Selection and CRN Selection. For more extensive student information, click on the student's name. Note: The "Reg Seq" represents the order in which the student registered for the class. Some sequence numbers may be missing as students may have dropped the class.
  • "Summary Class List" - View a roster of all students currently registered for a class specified first with Term Selection and CRN Selection. For more extensive student information, click on the student's name. Note: The "Reg Seq" represents the order in which the student registered for the class. Some sequence numbers may be missing as students may have dropped the class.
  • "Summary Class List Download" - Create a comma-delimited (.csv) file of the class roster and either download it to your desktop for printing or view online.
  • "Faculty Detail Schedule" - Display details for all courses in which you are the an assigned instructor.
  • "Faculty Schedule by Day and Time" - Display your course schedule in a grid format by day-of-week and time-of-day.
  • "Student Menu" - Display student information--described in detail below. 
  • "Advisor Menu" - View a student's unofficial transcript.
  • "Forms" - Display forms from the Office of the Registrar.

Student Menu

Located on the Faculty Services menu.  Please note: This "Student Menu" is for faculty use and differs from the menu that students can access through BannerWeb for Students. This menu does not contain transcript or grade information.  Available for current students and those who were not 18 months past their last active date on Banner.

  • "Term Selection" - If you have not already selected a term on the Faculty Services Menu, you must do so here. Student information will display only for the term selected. If you wish to see the most recent student information, you must select the current term.
  • "ID Selection" - You may search for a student in two ways: entering the student's ID directly or performing a query based on the student's name. The student you select will be used until you select a different student. If you do not select a student at this point, you will be asked to select one when accessing any other item on this menu.
  • "View Student Information" - View detailed information about the selected student's curriculum, major, etc.
  • "View Student Address and Phones" - View address and telephone numbers for the student selected. You will be prompted to select the type of address to view.
  • "View Student E-mail Address" - View the active University e-mail address for the selected student.
  • "View Student Schedule" - View a detailed schedule of classes for the student and term selected.
  • "View Advisee Listing" - View a complete list of your assigned advisees for the term selected.
  • "View Holds" - View a student or advisee's holds by entering the student's University ID number or performing a query based on the student or advisee's name.

Personal Information Menu

Located on the menu bar, next to Faculty Services.

  • "Change PIN" - It is highly recommended that you change your Personal Identification Number frequently. PINs can contain letters and/or numbers but cannot exceed six characters. Key in the new PIN carefully.
  • "Change Security Question" - In the event that your PIN is forgotten, you will be asked to answer a security question of your own creation. Choose a question with an answer known to few but you.
  • "View Address(es) and Phone(s)" - View your active addresses and phone numbers that are currently stored in Banner. You will be prompted to select the type of address you wish to view.
  • "Name Change Information" - Learn how to officially change your name in the Banner system and with the Social Security Administration.
  • "Social Security Number Change Information" - Learn how to officially change or update your Social Security records.
  • "Answer a Survey" - Take a few minutes to answer a short survey that will help to improve your BannerWeb experience.
