Degree Application

To graduate, a student must file a degree application with the Office of the University Registrar. Degree applications for all undergraduate and graduate students in schools other than the School of Professional and Continuing Studies are to be filed by late September for the coming May or August commencement. SPCS students must apply by the end of October.  Students in schools other than SPCS planning to graduate in December or January (law only) should file a degree application by early Friday in February.  SPCS students planning to graduate in December should file a degree application by the end of February.

If degree requirements are not completed prior to the intended graduation date, the student must file a new degree application according to the schedule above.

Degree applications are available online via BannerWeb, on our website at registrar.richmond.edu/forms/index.html,  and in the Office of the University Registrar.
