Enrollment Verifications

Self-Service Enrollment Verification

For current students and students who have left the University within the last 18 months: Students may print enrollment verifications through BannerWeb using the following instructions.  Note: Self-service enrollment verifications are available after the add/drop period of each semester:

  1. Log into BannerWeb
  2. Select "Student Services"
  3. Select "National Student Clearinghouse"
  4. Click "Submit" and follow the additional instructions on the National Student Clearinghouse Web site.

For current students and students who have left the University 18 months or longer, and parents: Complete the Enrollment Verification Request Form for certifications during add/drop and when additional information or documentation is required for your verification.
