Exam Review Session Policy
Faculty members are urged to schedule review and help sessions on study days or on exam days around exam blocks (exams are scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon, 2-5 p.m. and 7-10 p.m.)
If it is necessary to schedule a review and help session during an exam block, the following requirements apply:
- A classroom must be available and scheduled through the Registrar's Office (classrooms cannot be confirmed until after November 15 for fall and April 1 for spring).
- The review or help session must be optional with no new material presented.
For those students with a conflict at the scheduled time, similar help must be available at a time mutually convenient for both faculty and students. Note: A number of undergraduate courses do have exams scheduled during the evening exam block.
