Reserve Academic Space

The Centralized Scheduling Service may be used to reserve academic space.  Please be aware that classrooms cannot be reserved during exams. Please go to the exam schedule for those days and times.

Special Note Regarding Academic Classroom Scheduling

Regularly scheduled academic classes receive first priority for use of classroom spaces. Requests are processed on a first come, first serve basis by term and only when the academic schedule is verified or after the add/drop deadline, whichever is earliest.

Access to Academic Classrooms

Certain spaces require a key to access facilities. Keys can be borrowed at the Events, Conferences, and Support Services office located in the Physical Plant (Building #27), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Please return any borrowed keys within 24 hours of the conclusion of each scheduled event. There is a drop box outside the Events Office for after-hours returns.

Students and guest users may use the Standard Event Request Form to request campus meeting and event locations.

If you have questions about making an event request, please contact Events, Conferences, & Support Services (804) 289-8585.

Supported Web Browsers

Both the Centralized Scheduling Service and Standard Event Request Form require a current web browser version to function properly. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer are all acceptable to use.

Internet Explorer users can update their web browsers here.
