Holds on Registration and/or Transcript

Hold Types

The following holds will prevent students from registering (students can access BannerWeb to check holds):

• Admissions Office
• Advising
• Bursar (Student Accounts)
• Dean's Office
• Parking Services (Student Account Hold)
• Perkins Loan in Repayment
• Registrar's Office
• Student Conduct
• Student Educational Program Sanctions
• Student Health
• Summer Fellowships (URSF)

Viewing Holds

To view your holds in BannerWeb:

1. Log into your account on BannerWeb
2. Select "Students"
3. Under “Registration” select "Prepare for Registration”
4. Select the registration term
5. Any registration holds will be shown in a red box under “Registration Status.” For questions about holds, including how to resolve them, contact the office placing the hold.

To view your holds in GradTracker:

1. Log into your GradTracker audit
2. In the top block you may view your holds
