  1. Once the application period has opened, a degree audit link will be emailed to you by the Registrar’s Office or you can access by clicking on the "Degree Audit" link to the right on this page. Login using your UR credentials.
  2. Once logged in, verify that your listed curriculum is correct with all majors, minors, and concentrations. If your curriculum is incorrect and needs to be updated, go to our Online Forms to submit an updated Declaration of Major/Minor.
  3. Select your Degree Conferral month from the dropdown box.
  4. Click the submit button. This will send the audit to your Academic Advisor.
  5. Review your GradTracker with your Academic Advisor to determine remaining degree requirements. Once you have reviewed with your Academic Advisor, they will submit the audit for review by the appropriate Department Chair(s) or Assistant/Associate Dean for all majors and minors.
  6. Once the Chair(s)/Dean have completed their review, you will receive an email that your final audit is ready. Click the link in the email to view your completed audit.
  7. Review the audit to ensure you understand all degree requirements and remaining major/minor/concentration requirements. Click submit to send your acknowledgement of the final audit to the Registrar’s Office. You may use the link in step 6 at any time to review your requirements.
  8. Final audit acknowledgements for May/August candidates must be submitted by November 15th and December candidates by April 15th.
  9. The Registrar’s Office will review each audit and notify students with deficiencies prior to the end of the add/drop period for the graduating semester. Questions should be directed to the Registrar’s Office.
