Convocation Altered Class Schedule

The honors convocation ceremonies will run from 11 a.m. - 12 noon. As a result, some class schedule meeting times will change to the times listed below. 75-minute classes that normally meet on Fridays at the 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 12 noon timeslots will be shortened to 40 minutes, and the latter two will have a different start time. Labs that span multiple timeslots should adjust their times according to the chart below, beginning at the altered beginning time and ending before the altered ending time of the last timeslot it affects. Please contact the Associate Registrar for Scheduling with any questions or special situations.

2024 Honors Convocation date is April 19.
