Office Closure
IMPORTANT: The University of Richmond will be closed from 5:00 p.m. ET Thursday, July 2, 2026 until 8:30 a.m. ET on Monday, July 6, 2026 in observance of Independence Day.
Requests for PAPER transcripts (to be picked up, mailed, or sent by FedEx) that are received after 9:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, July 2 will not get sent out until July 6. However, requests for ELECTRONIC transcripts (ordered directly from Parchment to be delivered electronically via Parchment’s secure email) can be processed 24 hours/day as long as the student has a record available in Parchment and does not have a hold.
