IMPORTANT Update
The University of Richmond Registrar’s Office will be closed from 5:00 p.m. ET Friday, September 4, 2026 until 8:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 in observance of Labor Day
Requests for PAPER transcripts (to be picked up, mailed, or sent by FedEx) that are received after 9:00 a.m. ET on Friday, September 4th will not get sent out until September 8th. However, requests for ELECTRONIC transcripts (ordered directly from Parchment to be delivered electronically via Parchment’s secure email) can be processed 24 hours/day as long as the student has a record available in Parchment.
Students planning to study abroad can use this tool to determine how a course will transfer back for UR credit.
